Molly joined Good Deeds as the first employee of 45+ for the opportunity to build an exciting purpose-driven CSR tech initiative from the ground up. Over the last year, she worked directly with the CEO as the key Social Impact stakeholder to develop the company’s foundational business strategy, purpose-driven vision, and CSR program, and grew the team to bring an exciting product to market in record time alongside 150 high-impact nonprofits and 1000+ brand partners.

Content strategy & development
Contracted by the Center for Hearing Health and Communications to develop an inaugural microsite celebrating the 25th anniversary of the international cause awareness day. Designed website layout and wrote all content.

Digital narratives for cause awareness fundraising and development
Produced robust, multi-platform digital narratives and managed email, blog, and social media to raise awareness of MEDLIFE's humanitarian objectives and increase fundraising results. Documented mission-critical work across Ecuador and Peru. Created and led educational sessions on global health for 300+ volunteers across South America.

Event activation with Pfizer Corporate Responsibility
Developed an interactive event activation aimed at raising awareness of Pfizer's work addressing the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals. Coordinated the project in partnership with Mashable and the 92Y around to engage event attendees in the Digital Media lounge.

Give Lively Fundraising Platform
Marketing strategy and execution
Developed strategic marketing-based initiatives to drive overall engagement with and adoption of Give Lively's unique product offering among the nonprofit community. Partnered with key industry players like PayPal to raise awareness, activate the nonprofit community, and educate on innovative impact-driven technology, ultimately growing fundraising revenue by 5000%
in under three years.

Pfizer Corporate Responsibility

Campaign Production with Pfizer
Developed a robust cause awareness campaign on behalf of Pfizer Corporate Responsibility and in partnership with NGO affiliates like The Carter Center, International Trachoma Initiative, and USAID, to shed light on Trachoma, a widespread but preventable Neglected Tropical Disease. Efforts included a video series, social media activations, and globally distributed marketing toolkits to affiliate partners in the Neglected Tropical Disease Space.

Malala Fund x Give Lively
Content-based brand partnership
Malala Fund and Give Lively teamed up to build an innovative digital fundraising solution that could benefit thousands of nonprofits. In partnership with Malala Fund, Molly designed a digital story around this partnership that resulted in a digital video narrative, top-tier news coverage, and a session on the partnership at the 2019 Nonprofit Technology Conference.
