Spearheaded social impact strategy and nonprofit partnerships in order to launch with 1000+ top brands and 150 nonprofit partners.
Partners include nonprofits like UNICEF USA, United Way Worldwide, Save The Children, Red Nose Day, Malala Fund, Pencils of Promise, and Refugees International, (more partners) and brands like Sephora, CVS Pharmacy, and Macy's.
Conceptualizing an impact-driven commerce and fundraising app
I joined Good Deeds as VP, Social Impact, the first employee of 45+ for the opportunity to build an exciting purpose-driven CSR tech initiative from the ground up. Over the last year, I worked directly with the CEO to develop the company’s foundational business strategy, social impact vision, and CSR program and grew the team to bring our exciting product to market in record time alongside high-impact nonprofit and brand partners.
Organic Partner
Co-Marketing
Led development of robust impact toolkits for nonprofits to engage their supporters via Good Deeds, achieving a user reach of 3.6 Million in the first six weeks of the app launch.
In order to launch in time for the 2020 giving season, I developed and implemented an organic co-marketing campaign strategy with nonprofit partners, and spearheaded effective partner success via scalable marketing and engagement. Examples of partner promotion seen below.
