  • Pioneered the creation of a nonprofit partnership function, onboarding 1000+ active, contracted partners to drive revenue.

  • Productized nonprofit partnership offerings and developed a strategic client acquisition plan, showcasing the ability to create impactful programs while architecting a dedicated nonprofit sales function, leading to a new revenue stream. Manage an active pipeline to drive sustained growth.

  • Spearheaded the development of an account success strategy with expertise in nurturing relationships, creating compelling narratives, and delivering value-driven solutions. Identify and execute KPIs and KRs to track success.

  • Directed granting operations, distributing $5M+ to thousands of nonprofits, enabling additional nonprofits to receive funds. Spearheaded 20 custom fundraising campaigns, resulting in $500K+ in donations.

  • Led data-driven social impact strategy for clients like Coach, Kenneth Cole, and Steve Madden, and served as interim VP of Account Management for 2,400 brand accounts. Focused on customer retention, upselling, and driving realized value.

  • Conceptualized and designed the holistic vision for Social Impact app that connects leading nonprofits and consumers with 1,000+ top brands to make philanthropy part of everyday spending. Hired as the first employee of 45+, and worked directly with CEO as a key stakeholder on the senior leadership team. ​

  • Designed partner acquisition strategy that secured and cultivated high-impact relationships with 150 nonprofits. Personally managed accounts with nonprofits including UNICEF, United Way, Save The Children, Malala Fund, The Trevor Project, and Refugees International. Spearheaded effective partner success via scalable marketing and engagement.​

  • Implemented organic co-marketing campaign strategy with nonprofit partners, achieving a user reach of 3.6M in the first six weeks of the app launch and a projected annual user reach of 35M. Created robust content toolkits for partners to effectively engage supporters via Good Deeds.​

  • Defined multichannel brand identity and messaging, spearheaded direct-response marketing efforts, and managed partnerships, processes, and outcomes with external marketing agencies. ​

  • Established product vision and requirements for fundraising tech and analytics portal, guiding key stakeholders across Product, UX, and Engineering teams; supervised and approved product execution. Managed process to reach Certified B Corporation designation for company, securing “pending” status.
